What are the responsibilities and job description for the Comprehensive Pilates Trainer position at Pivot Pilates?
Job description
We are seeking a team player who has the same ideals with movement and fitness as Pivot Pilates. This instructor should be comprehensive Pilates certified in mat and all apparatus. Ability to teach other forms such as dance, somatic’s, or personal training is a plus for the job. Willing to work at least 10 hours a week or more, including evenings. Ideally willing to work some weekends.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging Pilates classes for diverse groups, ensuring a supportive and motivating environment.
- Design and implement tailored fitness programs that incorporate elements of body mechanics and anatomy knowledge.
- Educate participants on proper techniques and safety protocols to enhance their performance and prevent injuries.
- Foster a sense of community among members through effective communication and encouragement.
- Stay updated on fitness trends and continuously improve personal teaching skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
