Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop clinic staff through hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Oversee daily clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, patient records, equipment, and compliance.
- Manage clinic revenue, expenses, and financial performance within budget expectations.
- Monitor KPIs, implement action plans, and coach the team to achieve clinic performance goals.
- Build referral and community relationships to support clinic growth and expand services.
- Provide clinician mentorship and engage new hire candidates throughout the mentorship experience.
Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Current Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant license and CPR certification, maintained as required.
- Complete all required compliance standards.
