At Pivot Pelvic Health Physical Therapy, we’re building something a little different.
Every visit is one-on-one. Every plan is individualized. And every patient is treated in a calm, private space designed specifically for pelvic health. Our goal is simple: help women feel strong, supported, and confident in their bodies again.
We’re looking for a pelvic health physical therapist who is ready to step into a leadership role and help guide the next phase of our clinic’s growth.
This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on patient care with clinic leadership. You’ll play a key role in shaping the patient experience, supporting day-to-day operations, and helping build a thoughtful, sustainable practice as we continue to grow.
This position is open to both part-time and full-time candidates, with flexibility in scheduling.
What your days will look like
- Treat patients in 60-minute, one-on-one pelvic health sessions
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized plans of care
- Support the overall flow of the clinic, ensuring a smooth and supportive patient experience
- Collaborate on systems, processes, and small improvements that make a big difference day to day
- Communicate with and support front desk operations when needed
- Contribute to a calm, welcoming, and professional environment for both patients and team
Leadership & growth responsibilities
- Help guide clinic operations and maintain consistency in systems and workflows
- Partner closely with ownership on growth, strategy, and decision-making
- Support onboarding and mentorship of future team members
- Take initiative in identifying opportunities to improve both patient care and clinic operations

Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Active (or eligible) Physical Therapy license
- Pelvic health experience or coursework preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to individualized, patient-centered care
