Pivot Pelvic Health Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate and driven Clinic Director to lead our women’s health specialty practice. This role blends clinical excellence with leadership, overseeing both patient care and daily operations to ensure an exceptional, supportive experience for every patient.
We provide one-on-one, hour-long sessions in a calm, private environment designed exclusively for pelvic health. Our ideal candidate is passionate about pelvic health, values individualized care, and is excited to lead a growing clinic while helping women feel supported, confident, and empowered throughout their care.
This position offers flexible scheduling and is open to both part-time and full-time candidates.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, one-on-one pelvic floor physical therapy sessions (60 minutes)
Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Lead clinic operations, including oversight of scheduling, patient flow, and overall experience
Manage and support administrative/patient care coordination (front desk systems, communication, workflows)
Ensure consistent implementation of clinic policies and procedures
Collaborate with ownership on clinic growth, systems, and strategic initiatives
Mentor and support future team members as the clinic expands
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Foster a warm, supportive, and professional clinic environment
Requirements
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Active state Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain)
Pelvic health experience or continuing education preferred (Herman & Wallace, APTA, or equivalent), but not required
Strong interest in women’s pelvic health
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to take initiative and manage both clinical and operational responsibilities
