What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parking Operations Manager position at Pivot Parking?
Pivot Parking is seeking an entry level parking ops manager to manage day-to-day operations of multiple gated, and surface parking lots located in Greenville, SC.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Parking Enforcement Practices: daily on-site property audits with enforcement equipment provided.
- Event Parking Staff scheduling; and may require working some shifts.
- Work is performed in both an office environment, and outside at the on-site locations.
- Overseeing Maintenance and Cashier staff
- Parking equipment maintenance and repairs; training provided.
- Manage ticket inventory, cash flow, reports, and audits to prevent loss through theft, error, or carelessness.
- Monthly parker account administration: data-entry, AP/AR
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports as required
- Use respectful communication to assist customers with their questions, problems, and concerns; address escalated concerns from customers.
- Immediately respond to reports of accidents, incidents, or safety concerns.
- Communicate professionally at all times with customers and staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Microsoft Office Experience: Including Excel
- Will require use of personal vehicle.
- Work shifts may require evenings, weekends, and on-call status.
- Experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
Physical, Environmental & other Requirements:
- Ability to handle stressful situations, and problem solving.
- Mobility: able to adapt to prolonged standing and/or sitting for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 15lbs
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: with occasional weekend availability.
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
