- Provide patient care, including case management, physicals, and minor procedures
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and provide ongoing medical management of workplace injuries and non-occupational conditions
- Maintain charts and employee incident records
- Facilitate return-to-work and light-duty assignments for employees with work-related injuries
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in an occupational health setting
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Current valid state licensure
- Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification
Salary : $135,000 - $202,500
