Clinic Nurse Practitioner

Pivot Onsite Innovations offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to make a significant impact on employee health, wellness, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the onsite health care clinic
• Provide patient care, including case management, physicals, and minor procedures
• Assess, diagnose, treat, and provide ongoing medical management of workplace injuries and non-occupational conditions
• Maintain charts and employee incident records
• Facilitate return-to-work and light-duty assignments for employees with work-related injuries

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Experience in an occupational health setting
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Current valid state licensure
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification

Salary : $135,000 - $202,500
