We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our facility in Blue Earth County, MN.

• Manage day-to-day operations of our onsite healthcare clinic under the direction of the Medical Director and Overseeing Physician.
• Provide patient care, including case management, physicals, injury assessment, and minor procedures.
• Assess, diagnose, treat, and provide ongoing medical management of workplace injuries and non-occupational conditions.
• Drive chronic disease management process, including education and wellness physicals.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience in an occupational health setting.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Current valid state licensure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Salary : $135,000
