Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to support and oversee clinical operations within our home health organization. This role ensures high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination across clinical teams. The Clinical Supervisor will also provide key administrative and quality assurance support to the VP of Clinical Services.
This role allows the flexibility to work remotely or from our home office in Wheat Ridge. Travel throughout the Denver Metro & North of Denver areas may be required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure delivery of exceptional patient care across diverse settings such as home health, assisted living, and long-term care facilities
- Oversee patient assessments, medical documentation, and clinical procedures including IV infusion, catheter care, tube feeding, and ventilator management
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing home health services in Colorado
- Monitor and audit lines of care to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to care plans
- Conduct regular chart audits and clinical reviews to maintain quality standards
- Lead Quality Assurance (QA) initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts
- Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of clinical policies and procedures
- Provide administrative and operational support to the VP of Clinical Services
- Collaborate with field clinicians to ensure best practices in patient care delivery
- Identify gaps in care or documentation and implement corrective actions
- Support training and onboarding of clinical staff as needed
- Maintain accurate records and reporting related to compliance and QA activities
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado (in good standing)
- Minimum of 2 years of home health experience
- Strong knowledge of home health regulations, compliance standards, and documentation requirements
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with In-Home Support Services (IHSS) strongly preferred
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical setting
- Familiarity with KanTime
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
