Overview:

We’re seeking a Senior Account Director with agency experience in the pharmaceutical industry to lead client relationships, oversee the delivery of exceptional work across a portfolio of pharmaceutical clients, and drive organic growth. You’ll partner with our strategy and creative teams to turn strategy into action, ensure projects run smoothly, and identify new opportunities for impact. This role is for someone equal parts strategist, relationship builder, and business driver.


This role will be expected to service clients in the Boston area, and the candidate will be expected to travel on-site 1-2 times per month.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Leadership

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with senior clients
  • Lead strategic conversations and key meetings
  • Ensure top-tier client experience and satisfaction

Strategic Thinking

  • Translate client goals into smart, actionable strategies
  • Deliver sharp creative briefs and actively contribute to and guide strategic deliverables (positioning, brand planning, etc),
  • Push thinking beyond the ask with insight and innovation
  • Ensure strategic priorities and objectives are woven into the day-to-day tactical deliverables

Growth & New Business

  • Identify and convert organic growth opportunities
  • Contribute to new business efforts

Financial Oversight

  • Oversee account financials: forecasting, budgeting, and profitability
  • Collaborate with project teams to stay on track and budget

Team & Agency Impact

  • Mentor and support team members
  • Contribute to hiring and team development
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and agency culture


What You Bring:

  • 15 years in client services in an agency setting
  • Deep experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong strategic, financial, and communication skills
  • A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
  • Proven ability to grow accounts and inspire teams
