We’re seeking a highly strategic, organized, and proactive Account Supervisor with pharmaceutical agency experience. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and act as the agency quarterback—connecting internal teams, partnering closely with project management on budgets and timelines, and collaborating with senior leadership to deliver high-quality work.

Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will bring the following qualifications and attributes:
- 3–6 years of agency experience in an account or client services role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- A collaborative, team-first mindset paired with an entrepreneurial spirit
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- A strong understanding of client business objectives and priorities
- Proven experience serving as a key liaison between clients and internal agency teams to ensure satisfaction and alignment
- The ability to plan and execute client initiatives efficiently and with high quality, under the guidance of senior leadership
- Experience keeping deliverables on track by partnering with project management on timelines, budgets, status reports, and scope
- Familiarity with supporting submissions through online legal and regulatory review platforms
- Comfort managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm for the creative process and collaboration with creative teams
- Strategic thinking skills and the confidence to share ideas and recommendations
- Knowledge in the branded pharmaceutical space is a plus

Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
