Role Description This full-time, on-site Odoo Functional Consultant role is based in Fairfax, VA. The consultant will work closely with clients to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design Odoo ERP configurations that align with organizational goals. Responsibilities include leading implementation workshops, mapping workflows, configuring Odoo modules, and coordinating testing and user training. The role involves translating financial and operational needs into system solutions, documenting functional specifications, and providing ongoing support and optimization after go-live. The consultant will collaborate with technical teams, prepare clear project documentation, and maintain strong stakeholder communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Candidates should possess finance-related skills, such as familiarity with accounting principles, financial reporting, and ERP finance modules.
• Relevant experience with Odoo or other ERP platforms, including configuration and implementation, is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Fairfax, VA, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams.
