Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design, program, and integrate automation systems including PLCs, robotics, and HMIs.
- Collaborate on new equipment installations and process control improvements.
- Diagnose and resolve automation-related failures quickly to minimize downtime.
- Implement preventive maintenance protocols for automated systems.
- Ensure automation systems comply with OSHA, NFPA, and company safety standards.
- Maintain technical documentation and system validation records.
- Drive automation projects that reduce cost, increase efficiency, and improve quality.
- Support lean manufacturing initiatives with engineering solutions.
- Execute additional responsibilities as required to meet evolving business needs and leadership directives.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering required.
- 3 years of automation engineering experience in manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming, robotics, and SCADA systems.
- Strong project management and technical troubleshooting experience.
- Proficiency in automation software, PLC programming, and robotics.
- Strong mechanical and electrical systems knowledge.
- Ability to lead technical projects independently and collaboratively.
