Help Desk Technician

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with operating systems, VOIP, O365/Active Directory, AWS, and more!
• Support client hardware and software in a wide variety of end user environments
• Use backup and recovery software and methodologies and basic firewall functions
• Troubleshoot basic networking hardware and protocols
• Use a ticketing system to manage client issues and accurate documentation
  
  

Skills You'll Need

• 2-4 years IT experience
• Microsoft stack experience preferred (O365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure AD, Teams, as well as Windows Server)
• Basic understanding of virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Understanding of networking: TCP/IP, LAN / DMZ / WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching, and Firewalls
• MSP experience preferred
• Familiarity with ConnectWise solutions preferred
• AWS experience preferred
• Strong positive mentality, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
