We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer & CMS Specialist with experience managing and updating content through WordPress or similar CMS platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance visual creativity with digital execution. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with a strong understanding of web design principles and content management systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design compelling graphics for digital campaigns, websites, social media, email marketing, and print.
Maintain and update website content using WordPress or similar CMS tools.
Collaborate with marketing strategists to translate campaign goals into visual assets.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
Optimize graphics for web performance and accessibility.
Assist in creating landing pages and visual layouts for new marketing initiatives.
Stay current with design trends and CMS best practices.
Required Qualifications
3 years of professional graphic design experience.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Hands-on experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work.
Understanding of responsive design and web optimization.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in an office environment (hybrid) from our Pittsburgh location.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.
Familiarity with SEO and UX principles.
Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g., InDesign, XD).
