Pittsburgh Power is seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Diesel Shop Foreman to lead our service department. This foreman role will focus on managing and recruiting technicians, improving shop efficiency, and driving profitable growth.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and hold accountable a team of diesel technicians
- Dispatch work and manage shop workflow for maximum efficiency
- Ensure accurate diagnostics and high-quality repairs
- Drive productivity, billed hours, and shop profitability
- Recruit, hire, and develop top-tier technicians
- Maintain strong communication with service advisors and customers
- Implement and enforce shop processes and standards
- Assist in acquiring local fleet work to drive growth
What We’re Looking For
- 7 years experience in heavy duty diesel repair (Class 8 preferred)
- Proven leadership experience in a shop environment
- Strong diagnostic background (electronics, emissions, engine systems)
- Ability to manage people, not just fix trucks
- High accountability mindset—this role owns results
- Experience with Cummins, CAT, Detroit strongly preferred
