Job Summary
Intern will assist the Corporate Partnerships Activation team with the execution of corporate partnership agreements including (but not limited to) game-day activities, sponsor field days, client events and partnership recaps.
Responsibilities
- Game-day sponsorship activations; including display setup, promotional item distribution, pregame on-field ceremonies and photographing events/signage.
- Assist with client entertainment events; including managing RSVP’s/event registration table.
- Assist with creating seasonal partnership recaps (compile reports, take/sort/edit photos, etc).
- Under the direction of a member of the Sponsorship team, assist with the management of select partner accounts.
- Assist with sponsorship field days; including planning and event setup/tear down.
- Day-to-day office duties, including but not limited to mailings, data entry, sorting files, etc.
Qualifications
Required:
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
- Enrolled in a degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university at a Junior, Senior or Graduate level.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to lift/transport heavy items and stand/walk for extended periods of time.
Desired:
- Previous experience in a sports industry (marketing or partnerships preferred).
- Photography experience with DSLR or point and shoot camera.
- Excellent verbal/written skills.
