What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners regarding HVAC system replacement options
- Recommend equipment and financing solutions based on customer needs
- Deliver professional in-home consultations and presentations
- Maintain organized communication and sales documentation
- Partner with operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Previous sales experience, especially in-home sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and performance-driven mindset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
