- Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to tailor solutions that align with client needs and industry trends.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, update account information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
Experience
- Proven success in sales or account management roles within technology sales or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, business development, and technical sales environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Experience using comparable CRM platforms for managing customer relationships.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and analysis techniques to identify growth opportunities.
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and cross-functional teams alike.
- Previous experience in warm calling, account retention, and expanding existing client portfolios is highly desirable.
- Previous work history in the IT field is preferred
