As the Program Reporting & Data Specialist you will support the data intake, reporting and evaluation to progress program improvements.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Program Reporting and Data Specialist plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely document and data management for PCSI’s programs. This position is responsible for collecting, validating, and organizing customer documents and program data, maintaining data integrity, and supporting reporting and compliance efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect, organize, and validate data from multiple sources, including customer documents.
- Perform data entry into program databases and ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
- Assist in generating basic reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain data integrity and follow established data governance standards.
- Identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance data accuracy and usability.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and contribute to ongoing projects.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Programs Coordinator
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Social Services, or related field preferred
- Excellent project management and analytical skills
- Experience with data systems and adaptability to new technologies
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Acts 33, 34, 114, and sex offender registry clearances.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
