We are a small, female-led private practice dedicated to providing high-quality and cutting edge therapy in the Pittsburgh region. Our team values authenticity, collaboration, and continued learning, specializing in trauma-informed care, with a particular focus on EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. We strive to offer a warm and inclusive environment for both clients and clinicians.
What We’re Looking For:
A licensed therapist in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or equivalent) with:
- A strong clinical foundation in individual psychotherapy
- A commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth
- The ability to work independently while being part of a connected, supportive team
- Willingness to continue growing clinical skills through consultation and continuing education
- Willingness to build a full-time caseload
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active license to practice in Pennsylvania
- Experience or specialized training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy or other trauma-treatment modalities, with a minimum of being willing to be trained in EMDR
- Comfortable working with diverse populations and identities
- Interest in building a long-term full-time caseload
