What are the responsibilities and job description for the PHS Assistant Boys Basketball Coach position at Pittsburg High School - PHS?
This position is for Assistant Boys Basketball Coach at Pittsburg High School. The duties are as followed, but not limited to:
- Assist head coach with all facets of high school boys basketball team.
- Assist in recruitment, training, and retention of boys for the basketball team at PHS.
- Maintain up to date inventory of equipment and gear and submit to head coach and AD at beginning and end of each season.
- Attend all practices, team meetings, games.
- CPR/1st Aid/AED certifications must be current/up to date as well as valid driver's license.
- Assist in game management, set-up, stats as needed.
- Comply with all PHS, KSHSAA, and NFHS rules/policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
