Role Description This is a contract Meta Ads Manager role based in Jackson, MS, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home combined with on-site collaboration. The Meta Ads Manager will plan, build, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns to meet client performance goals, including lead generation, sales, and brand awareness. Daily responsibilities include audience research, creative and copy collaboration, campaign setup, A/B testing, budget and bid management, and ongoing performance monitoring in Ads Manager. The role also involves preparing clear performance reports, communicating insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients, and coordinating with account managers and creative teams to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies. The Meta Ads Manager will stay current with Meta platform updates, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize results.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written reporting, client-facing communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated Sales and conversion-focused mindset, with experience driving leads, purchases, or other measurable outcomes through paid social campaigns.
- Hands-on Marketing and Advertising experience, ideally in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Effective Project Management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple campaigns and deadlines, and coordinate with creative and account teams.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, tracking and attribution tools (e.g., Meta Pixel), and basic analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) is strongly preferred.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable optimizations and strategic recommendations.
- Experience working in an agency or multi-client environment is a plus.
- Relevant education or training in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
