We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Site Administrator to oversee Infant and Toddler Programming at our early childhood education center. Time will be split between the classroom and duties. Duties
- Manage daily operations of infant and toddler classrooms, ensuring smooth and efficient program delivery
- Coordinate schedules, staffing, and resources to meet program needs and maintain compliance with licensing standards
- Support educators by providing guidance on curriculum implementation, classroom management, and best practices in early childhood development
- Foster positive relationships with families through regular communication, updates, and parent engagement activities
- Oversee health, safety, and sanitation protocols to create a secure environment for children and staff
- Maintain accurate documentation including attendance records, developmental assessments, and licensing reports
- Collaborate with education teams to plan activities that promote social-emotional growth, language development, and motor skills in infants and toddlers
Experience
- Higher education teaching experience in early childhood education or related fields preferred
- Proven background in education administration within a licensed childcare or preschool setting
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with young children, families, and educational staff
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Knowledge of state licensing requirements and best practices in infant/toddler care
- Prior experience in teaching or working directly with students in early childhood settings is a plus
