Pitter Patter in Interlochen, MI is searching for a Lead Preschool teacher. A love of early childhood education and enjoyment of a fun and busy work environment is a must. Ideal candidate should have a CDA or higher education, be able to pass fingerprint and background clearances, tb test and willing to be CPR/First Aid trained (we provide if you need it). Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of infants and toddlers.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting activities to support individual learning goals.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with staff to create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for all children, including those with special needs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including maintaining First Aid and CPR certifications.
