This is a part to full-time on-site role for a Pharmacist at Pitt Street Pharmacy, located in Mount Pleasant, SC. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical information to healthcare professionals and patients, and managing prescriptions. Other tasks include verifying prescribed medications, ensuring the legality and standards of the pharmaceutical care provided, and maintaining patient profiles and records. The role also involves engaging in wellness and compounding services, managing pharmacy operations, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Pharmacy practice, customer service, and communication skills
- Experience in medication therapy management and patient counseling
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical legislation and regulations
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and technology
- A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution or Registered Pharmacist
