Key Responsibilities
- Teach career-focused classes in health sciences, nursing, and medical assisting
- Supervise students during hands-on clinical experiences in healthcare settings
- Help students understand real-world topics such as healthcare, family needs, and workplace responsibilities
- Maintain an organized and well-managed classroom and lab environment
- Monitor student progress and adjust lessons to meet different learning needs
- Support student participation in Career and Technical Education (CTE) organizations and competitions
- Organize and attend field trips to colleges, hospitals, and other healthcare workplaces
- Help develop and promote innovative career and technical education programs
- Build partnerships with local healthcare providers and community organizations to support student learning

- 2 years of related experience with a Bachelor's or Associate's degree
- 4 years with a diploma (specific programs required)
- Nurse in a hospital, clinic, long-term care, or home health setting

- Experience teaching or training in a healthcare setting
