What You'll Do
Instructional Excellence
- Design and deliver engaging lessons that challenge students through Higher Order Thinking strategies.
- Prioritize rich vocabulary instruction across content areas.
- Adapt lessons to meet the diverse academic and cultural needs of your students.
Student Growth
- Use a variety of assessments to track progress and drive individualized instruction.
- Participate in data team meetings and PLCs to refine practice and raise achievement.
Leadership Development
- Model and nurture responsible, respectful, and safe behaviors.
- Inspire students to become leaders in the classroom and across the school.
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with grade-level colleagues, instructional coaches, and administrators to meet shared goals.
- Build strong relationships with families and celebrate student success together.
- Engage in school culture through the Ridgewood House System and community events.
