We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Bar Security/Bouncer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. As a Bar Security/Bouncer, you will play a crucial role in preventing loss and ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Operate surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems to monitor activities within designated areas.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities.
- Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Provide first aid or CPR assistance when necessary and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required for investigations or emergencies.
Experience
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with conflict management techniques and loss prevention strategies is highly desirable.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is advantageous; training may be provided for qualified candidates.
- Proficiency in operating surveillance equipment (CCTV) is a plus.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure while making quick decisions.
