Pitman, Kalkhoff, Sicula & Dentice (PKSD) has been providing outstanding legal services to injured clients across Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and New Mexico since 1999. With a dedicated team of trial attorneys specializing in personal injury law, this position will work with the Nursing Home Team, dedicated to Nursing Home abuse and neglect cases. PKSD is committed to exemplary client service and exceptional representation.
Summary
The successful candidate must be able to work independently, be well organized and able to effectively work with clients. Experience in plaintiff personal injury a plus.
Responsibilities
- Direct client communication
- Direct contact with court personnel, attorneys, and other legal professionals
- Calendar and track deadlines
- Procure, review, and summarize medical records
- Schedule and track all depositions
- Assist with mediation and trial preparation
- Other duties as assigned by the Attorneys
Qualifications
- Experience with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
- The ability to take direction and receive ongoing training as needed
