Experienced Paralegal 

Pitcher Law PLLC – Logan, Utah 

Idaho and Utah experience preferred

Pitcher Law PLLC is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our ever growing law firm. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, compassionate with clients, and able to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Drafting pleadings, motions, affidavits, financial declarations, and discovery. 

• Prepare and organize trial notebooks and hearing materials. 

• Maintain case files and calendars. 

• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff. 

• Assist with document collection and organization. 

• Schedule hearings, mediations, and other case-related events. 

• Track deadlines and ensure timely filings. 

• Perform legal research as needed. 

• Accurately record billable time. 

Qualifications 

•Excellent communication skills

• 2-3 years family law paralegal experience is required. 

• Strong knowledge of Utah family law procedures and court rules. 

• Excellent writing, proofreading, and organizational skills. 

• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines. 

• High level of professionalism and discretion. 

• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly. 

• Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with MyCase or similar case management software. 

• Experience with electronic filing in Utah courts. 

• Notary Public

Compensation 

Compensation is competitive and will depend on experience and qualifications.
