About the Role:
PitchBook’s Sales organization drives our growth through new client acquisition. Our Inside Sales team is the first point of contact for the vast majority of new business opportunities and begin the process that culminates in long term contracts signed by the Outside Sales team.

Our 10-week UW Spring Practicum Internship is an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of SaaS sales while also being able to flex your cold call muscles. This internship will allow you to learn Salesforce, outreach, and sales tactics, while also learning about private equity, venture capital, and the M&A market.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently a Senior in the UW Foster School Sales Program
- Ability to work 10-15 hours each week for 10 weeks
- Love to prospect
- Work with a strong sense of urgency
- Naturally and highly curious
- Have terrific prioritization skills
- Stellar and professional communication skills
- Possess strong negotiation skills and can effectively close leads
- Self-motivated, dedicated and driven to succeed
- Love to meet and exceed goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Interested in financial markets or services, particularly private equity and venture capital
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily
