ISO: Part-Time Nanny & Household Manager
Hi everyone! I’m Melissa, and I’m looking for someone special to become a trusted and valued part of our family’s daily life.
My little guy, Billy (also known as Chill Bill or Bill Bob), is almost 2 years old. He’s sweet, funny, talkative, curious, and full of personality—with the occasional impressive high-pitched scream.
Billy previously had a nanny from four months old until distance made it difficult to continue our arrangement. We had a wonderful experience, and I’m now looking for someone dependable, caring, and engaging who can help support Billy’s growth and our household.
I’m seeking a part-time Nanny & Household Manager with the potential to transition into a full-time role. The ideal candidate is loving, patient, organized, reliable, and experienced with young children. Most importantly, we want someone who will help Billy experience life—someone who enjoys getting out, exploring, learning, playing, and creating meaningful memories with him. Whether it’s trips to the park, library visits, outdoor adventures, age-appropriate activities, or simply encouraging his curiosity, we want Billy to have a fun, enriching, and well-rounded childhood.
Responsibilities: Provide attentive, nurturing, and engaging childcare Create fun and educational experiences that encourage Billy’s development and curiosity Take Billy on age-appropriate outings and adventures to help him experience the world around him Prepare meals and snacks for Billy Assist with potty training and developmental milestones Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities, play, and learning opportunities Help with housekeeping and laundry related to the household Maintain household organization Run errands and grocery shop as needed Provide occasional assistance at my shop in Sebastian or with general errands
Schedule: 3–4 days per week to start Flexible hours based on availability and needs Occasional on-call availability for appointments or special circumstances Potential opportunity to transition into a full-time position for the right person
Our home is in Palm Bay, and my shop is in Sebastian, so reliable transportation is required.
Experience with toddlers, childcare, and household management is preferred. References are required. I’m also open to finding someone who could become our regular babysitter if it’s the right fit.
