About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help us scale our reach across thousands of Tax Professionals. This is not a “social media manager” role.
You will own demand generation, messaging, and funnel performance - directly impacting revenue. You’ll work closely with the CEO to turn a powerful product into a scalable growth engine.
What You’ll Do
- Build and execute campaigns to acquire CPAs, EAs, Tax Attorneys and Tax Preparers
- Own the full funnel: Awareness → Lead → Trial → Conversion
- Develop and refine messaging focused on ROI and automation
- Launch and optimize webinars, email campaigns, and lead magnets
- Manage or oversee paid channels (Google, Meta, YouTube)
- Turn internal expertise into high-performing content (LinkedIn, video, email, social media)
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 4 years in B2B SaaS or growth marketing
- Proven track record of generating leads and driving revenue
- Strong understanding of funnels, conversion optimization, and analytics
- Experience working with paid ads and/or managing agencies
Preferred:
- Experience marketing to accountants, attorneys, or professional services
- Webinar and education-based marketing experience
- Familiarity with fintech, tax, or compliance-related industries

- You focus primarily on “brand awareness” without measurable ROI
- You’ve never owned a funnel or revenue target
- You’re looking for a purely creative or social media role
