What are the responsibilities and job description for the Join Our Team - New Fast Casual Opening! position at Pita Way?
Pita Way is growing in Tennessee, and we're looking for people to join our team at our newest location!
This position is a good fit for someone who likes staying active during their shift, enjoys working around people, and doesn't want to spend the entire day doing one thing.
Team Members are cross-trained throughout the restaurant. You might start your shift helping prepare ingredients, move to the line during a rush, help a customer with their order, restock what the team needs, or take care of cleaning before the end of the night.
Pay starts at $15 to $17 per hour.
Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling, free meals while working, training, and opportunities to take on more responsibility as you learn the restaurant.
Restaurant experience can definitely help, but it isn't a requirement.
We're looking for people who bring a positive attitude, take pride in what they do, treat others with respect, and are willing to jump in and help their team! If you're dependable, ready to learn, and care about doing a good job, we'd love to meet you!
Your day may include:
- Preparing ingredients and menu items
- Assembling customer orders
- Taking orders and using the register
- Helping customers with questions
- Keeping food and supplies stocked
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas
- Working with other Team Members to keep service moving
Since this is a new location, we're putting the team together now. New hires will have the opportunity to learn Pita Way's systems and expectations as the restaurant gets up and running.
Pita Way began in Michigan in 2010 and has grown by bringing quick, freshly prepared Mediterranean food to more communities. As the company continues expanding, there are opportunities for employees who want to learn more, take on additional responsibilities, and work toward leadership positions.
