Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring that all items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, including bussing tables and cleaning equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining a positive work atmosphere.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff.
Experience
- Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or grocery store is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with culinary practices, food preparation techniques, and kitchen operations is advantageous.
- Experience in sales or customer service roles will be beneficial for engaging effectively with customers.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills to work collaboratively with others in a busy environment.
