Responsibilities

• Deliver freshly prepared food from the kitchen to guests promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout service hours.
• Assist with bussing duties by removing used dishes, glassware, and trash to uphold a tidy dining area.
• Prepare and serve beverages as a barista, following recipes and food safety guidelines to create quality drinks.
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, supplies, or equipment using safe lifting practices.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by cleaning workstations, utensils, and service areas regularly.
• Support internal communication by relaying guest requests or special instructions accurately to kitchen staff or management.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations within the food industry.
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour
