What are the responsibilities and job description for the Car Wash Attendant position at Pit Stop Express Car Wash?
We are an exterior Express Car Wash looking for a P/T Car Wash Attendant (3rd key holder). The right person will be responsible for ensuring that the car wash service offered to customers is to the standard set forth by our company. The duties will include working in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate must enjoy working outdoors and working with customers. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and helpful attitude and will be capable of effectively communicating with our customers. This is a part time position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and instruct customer vehicles entering onto conveyor.
- Instruct customers to prepare their vehicle for the tunnel process.
- Assist customers at automated pay stations.
- Understand and be able to describe products for sale to customers.
- Be friendly and courteous to customers.
- Offer recommendations for vehicle care.
- Proficient in cleaning and janitorial tasks
- Weekends, some mornings, and some afternoons. Schedule will be consistent week-to-week depending on circumstances.
- Count the daily cash deposits when management isn't available.
Use of a pressure washer and car wash experience preferred, but not required.
