From restaurants and salons to real estate agencies, contractors, and retail businesses, we build the digital infrastructure that helps our clients get more customers and expand. Role Description

This is a commission only independent contractor role open to candidates in the US, UK, and Canada. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities for Pisyk. We provide you with qualified leads, outreach materials, call scripts, and full support throughout every deal. Your job is to have real conversations with business owners, present our solutions, and close. You earn every time you do.

What You Earn

• 20% commission on deals between $3,000 and $10,000
• 25% commission on deals over $10,000
• 10% recurring commission for 3 months on every monthly retainer signed
• No earnings cap

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles preferred
• No degree required. Results and drive matter more than credentials.
• Strong communication skills and genuine confidence speaking with business owners
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without daily oversight
• Comfortable with remote outreach including email, phone, and social media
• Fluent in English required. French or additional languages are a strong bonus.
• Ability to represent Pisyk professionally in every client interaction
• A drive to earn based on performance rather than a fixed salary
