Duties
- Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, and lubrication services efficiently and accurately
- Conduct tire rotations, including brakes, belts, hoses, and other key components
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks safely and effectively
- Assist with vehicle diagnostics to identify issues requiring further repair or service
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and properly dispose of used fluids and parts in compliance with safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions confidently
Skills
2 yearsexperience or prior automotive
service technician background preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance procedures
- Experience performing oil changes, tire service, alignments, and basic repairs
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Basic sales skills to recommend additional services when appropriate
