Job Description:
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a spotless, comfortable, and welcoming stay. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas according to the hotel’s standards.
- Make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, and clean bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and minibar items.
- Ensure that all rooms are stocked with the necessary supplies.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and report any maintenance issues.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation policies to ensure the well-being of guests and team members.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
- Assist with laundry duties when needed.
- Report lost and found items to the housekeeping supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving heavy items.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
