Position is responsible for overall day to day operation of the dietary department which includes planning, organizing, developing and directing the food service department in accordance to the federal, state and local standards. The Dietary Director works closely with the clinical team to develop and implement a nutritional plan for each resident. The Dietary Director participates in care plan meetings and completes the Minimal Data Set assessments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Supervising experience: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
