Sushi Chef – Full-Time OR Part-Time
We are a high-volume, fun, and energetic restaurant located in beautiful Downtown Dunedin, just north of Clearwater Beach. We’re looking to add a talented and creative Sushi Chef to our growing team!
What We’re Looking For:
- Passionate, hardworking Sushi Chefs with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Sushi chefs with general kitchen experience are highly preferred and must be able to work both sushi and kitchen stations
Requirements:
- Previous sushi experience is required
- Strong knife skills, sushi preparation, and plating skills
- Weekend availability is required
- Preferred: 2 years of sushi restaurant experience
Pay:
- $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience
- Plus tips: an additional $3.00–$5.00 per hour, depending on season and volume
