PIRTEK Shreveport, a locally owned and operated company, is seeking a Mobile Sales & Service Technician to join our team!
In this hands-on role as a PIRTEK Mobile Sales and Service Technician (MSST), you will service, assemble, and install hydraulic hoses for a diverse customer base including manufacturing, construction, and equipment rental companies.
Successsful candidates will be trained to operate a fully equipped, purpose-built, mobile workshop/van (designed for the fabrication of flexible hose assemblies), as you complete service calls at customer sites across Northeast Louisiana.
Our technicians build and maintain customer relationships by efficiently determining the cause of leaks, fabricating and replacing hose assemblies, visiting the customer’s shop to determine their needs, and explaining our products and services to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and replace hydraulic hoses on-site
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
Develop relationships with new and existing customers
Maintain service records and manage parts inventory
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Min. 1-year experience in mechanical maintenance or assembly
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in all conditions
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to park commercial van near your home
Must pass a background check
