Position Summary
The Shop Technician is responsible for fabricating hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies, maintaining inventory, managing shop cleanliness and organization, and supporting walk-in customer needs. This is a hands-on, full-time position ideal for someone mechanically inclined and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized and clean workspaces, inventory, and supply areas
- Assist walk-in customers with orders, payments, and product pickup
- Conduct inventory counts, receive and restock incoming parts
- Package and prepare outgoing orders or deliveries
- Support vehicle upfitting, special projects, and facility improvements
- Assist with deliveries and pickups as needed
- Other duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Dependable, motivated, and safety-conscious
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods
- Technician schedule - first shift (days to be determined)
- Standard Office/Shop Hours - Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
