- Proactively generate qualified leads through outbound efforts (Cold Calling, Email, Social Selling).
- Identify opportunities by uncovering prospect needs, generating interest, and securing meetings
- Log, track, and provide disposition for each qualified lead
- Own your success—meet or exceed lead targets and other key metrics.
- Leverage prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and other sales enablement platforms
- Collaborate effectively with the Sales Team to drive pipeline growth
- Demonstrate strong selling, influencing, and relationship-building skills to win prospects over
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, and relevant inbound/outbound sales experience
- Resilient, driven, and results-oriented
- Strong ability to connect with, influence, and convert prospects
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, skilled in written/verbal communication with strong de-escalation and problem-solving skills
- Empathetic with a customer-focused approach
- Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with a proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time
- Quick thinking, fast learning, and solution-oriented, with an ability to think outside the box and see things through to resolution

- Prior experience with CRM tools is a plus (HubSpot preferred) and sales platforms (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.)
