$18.00 - $21.00 is the hourly range for this position. It represents only a portion of the overall package. There is flexibility based on the candidate's qualifications.

A typical day for a Showroom Concierge will include the following responsibilities:
- Being the face of a luxury showroom; greeting customers, making espresso beverages, and partnering customers with Sales Consultants
- Maintaining Showroom Calendar via Outlook for client appointments
- Coordinating and scheduling events and formal dining in the showroom
- Maintaining showroom cleanliness standards
- Partnering with leadership to receive and maintain inventory for the espresso bar

There are a few skills and requirements you should have to be successful:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in a food service or customer service environment
- State Food Handler’s card eligible
You will be a step ahead if you have:
- Experience coordinating mid to large size events
- Experience as a barista (you'll be operating a professional-grade espresso machine)
- Experience in a luxury retail environment, and working on the floor with customers
What we offer:
This is a full-time position, reporting to the Showroom Operations Manager. This is an onsite role and requires the ability to stand for long periods of time and the ability to operate a computer, mouse, smartphone, and espresso machine.
Our retail team members must be available during showroom hours. This role has a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
