Have a passion for customer service and enjoy interacting with people? Pirates Voyage is actively seeking members to join our crew as Gift Shop Employees for the Christmas season!

Ages 16 and up!

Seasonal Employment: This is a temporary position for the Christmas season. Pirates Voyage closes in January, and employment will conclude with the seasonal shutdown.

Expected Hours

Hours depend on the show schedule. Shifts include afternoons and evenings, as Pirates Voyage is a dinner show. Start and end times may vary depending on the daily show schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome, greet, and direct guests.
  • Assist guests with their purchases and provide friendly customer service.
  • Process credit card transactions.
  • Operate a cash register and balance the cash drawer at the end of each day.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with guests and fellow crew members.
  • Assist with setup, stocking, and cleaning duties as needed throughout the Village.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
