Pirate Ventures is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Facilities Staff member to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing restrooms, common areas, and event spaces.
- Facilities Management: Ensure all items in our venues are working, maintained, and functioning appropriately
- Supply Management: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and materials as needed, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety and health standards while using cleaning products and equipment, reporting any hazards or maintenance issues.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work including evenings and weekends.
- Must be a US Citizen or have legal authorization to work in the US
