What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Manager for Multi-Unit Hospitality Group position at Pirate Ventures?
Pirate Ventures is looking for a hands-on Facilities Manager to keep our venues, warehouse, and operations running smoothly. You'll lead our maintenance and janitorial teams, manage event inventory and logistics, and ensure our spaces are safe, clean, and guest-ready every day.
What You'll Do
- Manage our warehouse of event supplies, equipment, and operational inventory
- Coordinate deliveries and pickups between venues based on operational needs
- Lead and schedule janitorial teams across multiple locations
- Oversee maintenance staff and vendors to ensure repair requests are completed quickly and effectively
- Conduct facility inspections and identify maintenance needs
- Manage work orders, preventative maintenance, and facility projects
- Support venue buildouts, special events, and operational improvements
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of facilities, maintenance, warehouse, or operations management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
- Comfortable working both behind a desk and in the field
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
