Reporting the status of the plant to the Site Head through daily production report. Lead the regular/periodic activities of GMP procedures established in the plant. Follow safety procedures like work permit systems, PPE usage during the operations ·Co-ordinate with sales/ marketing / procurement team / PPIC team for timely delivery of goods. ·Prepare and plan monthly production schedule. ·Identify various cost saving measure. Get approved from concerned authority and implement the same. ·Resolve technical problems as and when arises. ·Co-ordinate with service dept. for task completion. ·Conduct daily meeting with block in-charges for day to day activities. ·Discuss monthly production schedule with block in-charges. ·Co-ordinate with sales/ marketing / procurement team / SCM team for timely delivery of goods. ·Identify various costs saving measure. Get approved from concerned authority and implement the same. ·Resolve technical problems as and when arises. ·Ensure compliance wrt safety and cGMP. ·Train / update the subordinate on various subject like cGMP / Plant Performance / Technical / Managerial skill etc ·Co-ordinate with service dept. for task completion and settle any discrepancy between production and service dept.
